Dwight Harris is President of Advanced Pension Programs, Inc.
Since 1984, Dwight has been specializing with affluent business owners designing, implementing, and administering tax deferred compensation plans under IRS Code section 401A, 401K, and 409A.
From 1997 to 2008, Dwight was a part time instructor at UCLA on “Retirement plans and other employee benefits,” and was a regular guest lecturer to the Beverly Hills/Hollywood CPA discussion group chapter of the California CPA Society.
Dwight is author of the book “ESOP’S and other executive benefit plans” for the California CPA Education Foundation.
Dwight has assisted many prestigious law firms and CPA firms in establishing over 500 qualified and non-qualified retirement plans for their business owner clients. He is a graduate of Tennessee State University with a business administration degree, with a double major in accounting and economics, and is a past president of the Los Angeles County Chapter of the American Society of Financial Service Professionals. Dwight has been approved and licensed to teach courses to CPA Societies in California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
